2. How We Use Financial Information
Your information is used strictly to evaluate eligibility for refinancing products, perform credit analysis, verify identity, deliver required TILA/Regulation Z disclosures, and manage your account.
3. Zero PII On-Chain Guarantee
We utilize the XRP Ledger (XRPL) solely for immutable public attestation of system events. No PII(names, SSNs, phone numbers, email addresses, bank accounts, or exact balances) is ever transmitted to or stored on the XRPL public ledger. Only salted SHA-256 cryptographic commitments are published.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Privacy and Safeguards Rules to protect nonpublic personal information (NPI).
